scones

finally.. i made scones.. with recipe from joyofbaking.com

it seems very easy..
just a few steps..


the truth is..
making scones in our climate
is messy!
is difficult!
is disheartening!


luckily..
it turn out well..
apart from the sloppy look
it taste great!
especially when pair it up with
the balance of cream & strawberry
from making shortcake..


but wait!
it tastes like the shortcake-lah!
it also looks like the shortcake..
hmm..
