source: kak yani of KG, initially from sis rima of bisous a toi
- 250g butter
- 200g light brown sugar <-- i use half brown sugar, half caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp coffee oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cups oats
- 1/4 cups ground almond, I used 1/2 cups <-- i folo u k.yani!
- 1/2 cup nuts, I didn’t use <-- i folo u 2 3 4 ;)
- 2 cups choc chip, I used Bagus’ dark choc chip
- 300g self raising flour
- At least 2 hours before, or overnight infuse coffee oil, and vanilla into egg, and leave in the fridge.
- Preheat oven at 150C, prepare baking trays. <-- ayo! i just realized that my 2nd batch is baked at 170C!
- Beat butter and sugar, until light…I used my wooden spatula. Beat in the egg, coffee oil and vanilla mixture.
- Stir in the nestum, nuts, choc chip. Fold in flour. The batter is not too stiff, neither wet…..you can actually use your fingers to scoop and mold the batter. I used 2 teaspoons!
- Bake for about 15 mins! <-- saya simpan dlm petisejuk 5-10mins baru bakar.. kalau lagi lama simpan lagi penyek/ nipis biskut.. lagi crunchy!
