mental notes

saya ni bukan boleh..

kalau tak tulis mmg lupa la..

pastu mula nak ghaplah!

boleh tak nak salahkan byk urat putus due to labor? :p

dah setel most of the baking list hari tu..

dan ada jugak yg kena improvise plan

kepala mula ligat fikir nak buat apa pulak

kena pulak dah petang2 camni..

dan banyak kerja dah setel..

1. pandan chiffon cake instead of milo - sbb member bagi pandan banyak!!
2. roti naik or brioche - dah lama x buat roti.. windu!
3. asikla kecoq tgk kek ber-oreo ni.. nak kena try jugak 1/2resepi!!
4. key lime tart <-- saya akan usaha utk dapatkan tart crust yg betul & enak & molek!
5. and to try a roll&cut cookies ie: korova cookies
6. kena reinsert balik - non-bake oreo ciskek <- for the orphans.. asik delay ja :(
7. ermm.. if i can get hold of fresh strawberries.. am gonna make pavlova!!
8. ada beli prunes.. saja2 beli.. hajat hati nak buat prunes cake.. tp tgh contemplate.. sbb jumpa resepi far breton.. looks like a pudding. mesti mak suke :)
9. err.. err.. teringin plak nak rasa friands ni.. ;)

belum study betul2 lagi all those recipes..

dan saya dah lama terfikir..

asikla buat kek bodo.. i mean.. simple cake

nak try layer cake tapi saya tak minat!

dah tu nanti.. sapa nak makan?

so, kena spend time betul2 study.. then only execute

just for special occasion.. a birthday maybe?

or might as well forget about cakes

except when requested by the kiddos

and concentrate more on bars

kenapa ya? sebab saya suka!! :p

and oh! saya mesti polish skills on tarts & pies

takut sebenarnya.. :p

sebab dah pernah buat..

the crust is so manja!

kena keluar masuk peti ais

but then.. sampai bila pun tak gheti nanti!

so..

here and now i swear to myself

i shall conquer my fear of making pies & tart!

and i will try out various kind of pies & tart crust!
