sumber: cosy bake
  • 90g Top Flour <-- saya guna superfine flour
  • 2/3tsp Baking powder
  • 40g Castor sugar
  • 3 Egg Yolk
  • 40g Salad oil <-- saya guna mazola
  • 90ml Water
  • 4 Egg white
  • 40g Castor sugar
  • 1Tbs Matcha powder
  • 2tsp Water
Method:
  1. Sift flour and baking powder and set aside.
  2. Mix matcha powder with 2tsp of water to make a paste.
  3. In a bowl, mix yolks , oil and water together. Add in sugar, followed by the flour. Mix to a thick batter.
  4. Whip egg white till foamy and slowly add in sugar and whip together a stiff peak.
  5. Mix 1/3 of white to the flour batter and blend well. Fold the rest of the egg white in and fold them gently till well blended.
  6. Take 1/4 portion of the batter to mix with the matcha paste. Fill the chiffon tin with plain batter and in between layer filled with matcha batter. With a skewer, run through the tin to create the marble effect.
  7. Bake the cake at 180ç for 10 minutes, and bring down to 160’c and bake for further 30 minutes.
  8. Cool the cake with the tin inverted on a wire rack till it’s completely cool before slicing.

setompok!

nota:
greentea saya berketul2 sebab malas nak kacau betul2 (eh! macam pantun pulak :p)
dan marble efek pun tak nampak rupa. cuma setompok saja!
kita tukar nama aci tak? matcha setompok chiffon. hehe..
itulah hasilnya bila buat kerja menghampiri masa tidur.

dan kemanisannya just nice.
x terasa manis tapi takdaklah sampai tawar heber.
and i just cant stop at just 1 slice!
boleh guna resepi ni utk buat coffee chiffon cake nanti :)

green tea cheesecake

dah lama oven tak beraksi..
tuan punya oven asik mengerekot ja
kes hormon lari tak dapat dikejar lagi
akibatnya.. selepas dinner hanya katil yg dituju
anak2 mintak ummi pelukkan..
come here my dear.. i'll hug you guys from here..

teman opis kata.. macam air rumput! tapi saya sangat suka!

that last slice...

adaptasi dari: museinthekitchen (sila klik link utk resepi asal. resepi dibawah saya olah sendiri)

Ingredients:
  • 200g (7 oz) digestive biscuits
  • 70g butter
  • 2tsp coffee (serbuk)
  • 2Tbs cocoa powder
  • 75ml (about 1/3 cup or 2.5 fluid oz) double cream
  • 25ml fresh milk
  • 2Tbs green tea powder (matcha)
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 2Tbs yogurt
  • 1/2cup + 1Tbs icing sugar
  • 2 small eggs

 Directions:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9” spring-form cake tin with non-stick cooking spray. <-- i use 9inch tart tin
  3. Place biscuits (coffee and cocoa powder) in food processor, crush and place crumbs in a bowl.
  4. Melt the butter in a small sauce pan, add to the biscuits and mix.
  5. Pour the biscuit mixture into the cake pan and press down to create a firm layer.
  6. Chill crust in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow it to set.
  7. Bake crust in the oven for 10 minutes, then set aside and cool.
  8. Reduce oven to 300 degrees F.
  9. Heat the double cream and milk in a small sauce pan and add the green tea powder. Stir using whisker. Do not let the cream get hotter then 185 degrees F or it will separate.
  10. In a large bowl, using an electric hand mixer, mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth on low speed.
  11. Add the eggs, yogurt and the double cream mixture and mix on low until smooth.
  12. Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake in the lower third of the oven for 30 minutes (at 300 degrees F).
verdict:
tidak kusangka.. sahabat usrah suka!
alhamdulillah..

lemon and matcha marble poundcake

sumber: joythebaker
  • 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • zest of one lemon and juice of half a lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 stick plus 7 Tablespoons (15 Tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly

    kekurangan adunan matcha :(

  1. Center a rack in the oven and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter the loaf pan, dust the insides with flour and tap out the excess. Also butter a mini muffin pan or line a regular muffin tin with cupcakes papers for the small amount of excess batter. Set aside.
  2. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Whisk the eggs into the sugar. You can use a large bowl with a whisk for this. You don’t really need a big mixer for this recipe. Beat until the eggs and sugar are thoroughly incorporated. Whisk in the extract, then whisk in the sour cream. Continuing with the whisk, or switching to a large rubber spatula, gently stir in the dry ingredients in 3 or 4 additions; the batter will be smooth and thick. Finish by folding in the melted butter in 2 or 3 additions.
  4. Divide the batter in half (just eyeball it) into two separate bowls. In one bowl add the zest and lemon juice. In the other bowl, fold in the matcha tea powder.
  5. Pour some of the lemon batter into the pan. Top it with a portion of the green tea batter. Add more lemon and top with more green tea batter. Fill the loaf pan, leaving at least 1-inch of room at the top of the pan for the cake to rise. Swirl gently and minimally with a butter knife to get a good swirl effect. With the remaining batter, make mini muffins or cupcakes.
  6. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean. The mini muffins will take about 15 minutes and the cupcakes will take about 18-20 minutes.
  7. Once removed from the oven, allow the loaf to rest in the pan for 20 minutes before running a knife along the edges of the pan and inverting the cake onto a cooling rack.
nota:

(alasan nak beli matcha powder yg power :p)

mocha matcha marble CAKE

sebenarnya teringin nak buat bakerella punya choc matcha bundt cake
tapi bila gugel.. jumpa resepi yang lagi menarik drp novicebaker
kenapa menarik?
sebab letak low fat yogurt!!!
cake yang letak yogurt biasanya lembut & gebush..

bahan2:
  • 2cwn tepung kek (high protein flour) <-- boleh ganti dgn 3/4cwn tepung biasa + 2sdb tepung jagung
  • 1sdk baking powder
  • 1/2sdk baking soda
  • 1/2sdk garam <-- saya kurangkan ke 1/4sdk
  • 1sdk serbuk kopi
  • 1/3cwn serbuk koko
  • 1 1/3cwn gula
  • 1/4cwn air
  • 1 1/2sdk serbuk green tea (matcha powder) <-- saya guna 2sdk
  • 1 biji telur
  • 1 biji putih telur
  • 6sdb (90g) butter tanpa garam <-- saya guna buttercup (bergaram)
  • 1cwn low fat yogurt
  • 1sdk vanilla
tatacara:
  8. bahagikan adunan: 1 1/2cwn masuk kedalam mangkuk berisi adunan koko+kopi, 1 1/2cwn masuk kedalam mangkuk berisi serbuk green tea.
inilah loyang CAKE! ngeee..
tapi huruf K patah - terlebih adunan!

nota:
saya guna loyang silikon CAKE & bakar 30minit
1st time guna.. present dari adik kecik balik UK ;)
loyang x perlu gris & senang sangat nak keluarkan kek..
tengkiu cek!!! mmmuaaahhhss..

 dah kena ngap!

yang ni baru nampak marble efek!

verdict:
saya tak menyesal cuba resepi ni. sungguh!
kek memang lembut & sedap bangat! (angkat bakul sendiri plak :p)
