i am longing for this bavaria bundt pan
after moons of baking
it comes to my realization..
the most widely used
cake pan size is
8inch or 21cm
be it square or round shape
square is used for baking bars and brownies
round is used for making cakes (esp layer cakes)
but for cheesecake
most recipe normally calls for
9inch springform pan
now. what shall i do with my 10inch square pan?
hahaha.. why-lah i bought 10inch in the first place?
