semalam dah selamat korbankan sebiji

bahan2:
- 5oz tepung gandum
- 1oz tepung jagung
- 2sdk baking powder
- 1/4sdk garam
- 2biji telur
- 5oz gula
- 3fl oz minyak
- 3fl oz air
- 1biji lemon, parut kulit & ambil jusnya
- panaskan oven 180C dan gris 2 loyang 7inci dan lapik kertas.
- ayak bahan2 kering: tepung, bp dan garam. gaulkan gula bersama2 bahan kering.
- asingkan telur.
- sebatikan kuning telur dgn minyak dan air. tuang kedalam bahan kering bersama2 parutan kulit lemon dan jus lemon.
- pukul putih telur hingga stiff peak.
- kaupbalikkan putih telur kedalam adunan kuning telur+tepung tadi.
- tuang kedalam loyang dan bakar 40minit atau sehingga "springy" bila disentuh permukaannya.

verdict:
saya kurangkan gula so terasa pahit2 lemon tu..
tapi bolehla nak makan..
sedap jugak sponge cake ni..
esp. bila dah disapu jem stoberi :)

Hi June, I have heard, eaten lemon cakes, but first time see, read of a lemon feather one.
Looks real delicious too. I bet masuk mulut it melts in the mouth.

hi uncle lee.. thanks for dropping by here.. hmm.. the cake does not really melts in the mouth but yep.. i prefer it to the normal sponge cake. sorila uncle.. sudah habis :(
